With a multiplicity of initiatives impacting virtually every organization in the 21st Century, understanding and managing change has become a basic requirement for leaders. After training multiple organizations over 15 years, Julie has gained valuable insights from practitioners about the effective impelmentation of Change and Transition Management in multiple working environments. Participants in this session will not only acquire cognitive mastery of the phases of transitions and corresponding strategies for each phase, but will also be given opportunities to apply their learnings to fictional scenarios.

Julie Fairley considers herself blessed to have rewarding, overlapping careers in diverse areas. In addition to 35 years as a public educator holding positions as a secondary teacher, high school principal and Director of Secondary Education in the fastest growing school district in America. (Douglas County, Colorado), she has also had the opportunity to consult with public and private sector organizations, including the U.S. Government's Leadership Development Centers, about topics such as Policy Governance, Performance Compensation, Change and Transition Management and Decision Making. The right side of her brain has been fulfilled writing two books containing parables about leadership, one of which was published by Arizona State University. Recently she has ventured successfully into the field of animated script writing with Dessinworks, a company in Chennai, India.
